Our Story
National Compliance Professionals (NCP) is a consulting firm that has recognized the need for management and compliance services in the affordable housing industry, specifically catering to owners of small properties and non-profit organizations. With over 30 years of experience in the field, NCP understands the challenges faced by these owners and their desire to provide housing for vulnerable individuals within their communities.

The main focus of NCP is to work with owners who are dedicated to making a positive impact by offering affordable housing options to those in need. Unlike full-service management companies, NCP aims to provide more cost-effective solutions to clients. We also work closely with agencies that prefer self-management and support them in navigating the complexities of compliance requirements.

In the affordable housing industry, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), NYS Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), Housing Finance Agency (HFA), and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) require experienced brokers. NCP fills this role, as we are pre-approved to work with HUD and state agencies, ensuring that our clients remain compliant with all necessary regulations.
